A world-class 36-metre luxury liveaboard with Italian-Maldivian cuisine, a dedicated dive dhoni and an Ayurveda spa.
The Vessel
The Duke of York sets a benchmark for Maldivian liveaboard travel. Built in 2010 with a teak main deck and parquet interiors, she carries 11 en-suite cabins — all with proper beds, no bunks — across 36 metres of hull. A dedicated Daewoo-powered dive dhoni escorts every trip, while four dive guides and a snorkelling guide ensure every guest sees the best of the water. Nitrox is included as standard, and the outdoor aft restaurant seats 24 under shade. For those who want to decompress above water, the onboard Ayurveda centre offers treatments between dive sessions.
